On May 9th, the judge ruled in our favor saying we filed timely with a qualifying circumstance within the 20 day period, where he also ordered a DNA test to be completed. 2 LONG months later we have proof you are my son.
Jackson, you look identical to my baby photo and I just knew you were my son!
We are now one step closer to having you in my arms! We now need to get back to court in front of the judge with our results, documents, pictures, text messages, bank statements and testimonies from family and friends showing that I always wanted you and was with your mother the entire pregnancy and she KNEW that I wanted you!
