As you can see from the pictures shown below Jake is prepared and ready for his safe arrival of his little baby boy. Jake is heartbroken and just wants to be able to meet his son. Jake is working with the attorney and has filed all of the necessary paperwork.
We are going to have a huge celebration when we get to meet you little baby Jackson!
